We endeavour to only display products on this website which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund

You can pay for your purchases securely and easily online.  We accept payment through PayPal, all major credit and debit cards are accepted. You can also pay by cheque made payable to Brodie Skin Care Ltd.

All transactions are processed using PayPal, the UK’s leading secure online payment systems.

PayPal provides very high levels of internet and physical security to ensure that sensitive information is never compromised. This means our website is safe and secure and your credit/debit card details cannot be obtained by anybody else.

Payment should be made in full at the time of ordering goods directly via the Brodie Skin care website. Brodie Skin care reserves the right not to send out the products until the transaction has been confirmed by the appropriate card service provider. All products remain the property of Brodie Skin care until payment is cleared.

Your Rights

• Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund including the initial delivery charge if you return a product, or inform the retailer that you want to return the product, within seven working days
• However retailers are not obliged to pay for the cost of returning the goods
• The DSRs do not cover perishable goods, personalised or custom-made products, magazines and unwrapped CDs
• If an item is faulty, or wrongly described, you have the right to a refund, replacement or repair, as long as the complaint is made “within a reasonable time”. This generally means getting a refund if it is returned within one month
• For the first six months, the retailer must prove the product was satisfactory when bought if they turn down a replacement or repair
• For the next six months, the consumer must prove there was something wrong on purchase to get a replacement or repair.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card or PayPal account used.

All our products are covered by our products liability insurance and are subject to UK law.

Cancellations – in line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, if a customer cancels their order (within the 7 day period allowance) a refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation provided the order has not already been dispatched. The customer will be held liable for the cost of returns if the order has already been processed and moneys received.
