Hey ladies, today I am going to be talking to you about the AMAZING moisturiser from ‘Brodie skin care’, I was very delighted to receive this because Brodie skin care is a brand based that specialises in sports moisturisers.
I have been doing cross-country since I was eight years old and I started to become really competitive and train six times a week, since then it has been hard to keep my skin in good condition.
So I tried out this moisturiser, not really expecting much of a difference from my normal everyday moisturiser, I was wrong, it was perfect, my skin felt really hydrated and I felt like I was wearing a protective bubble on my face.

So I have been using the recovery phase rehydration cream which is really good for sports that are very endurance based and outside. They also have the recovery phase swim rehydration cream and the recovery phase cycle face moisturiser.

As well as myself trying out the moisturiser my mother has tried it too, this is what she said…
” I was not sure at the start about the texture because for me it felt a bit thick but after a while my face was really soft and moisturised and it really helped to reduce under eye circles”.

1) Helps you recover from sensitivity and heat stress following exercise. 2) Helps soreness caused by salts and acidic sweat build up on your skins surface. 3) helps dry patches caused by sweat, heat and hydration..
