Postage and Delivery Information
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. Postage and packaging costs are included in the prices shown.
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
All of our UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail and include delivery to Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.

Delayed Deliveries – if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time, please let us know and we will investigate. Whilst we take steps to ensure your order is delivered in good time, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries delayed by either Royal Mail or by the courier company.
Missing Deliveries – if your parcel is missing / lost we will replace the order subject to the timescale designated by the delivery company for items considered to be lost. This is specified by the carrier services we use – the longest of all being Royal Mail where a parcel is not considered lost until the 15th day after it was posted.
Returned Parcels – if your parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own, we may charge a redelivery cost. Please ensure that you give us correct delivery information when ordering.
Guarantee – Our aim is to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or correct any errors in connection with an order. We’re sure you understand that due to the nature of the products sold, we are unable to offer any refund once your purchase is opened. We wrap and package all our products for postage extremely carefully.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email (sales@brodieskincare) within 48 hours of receipt.
